I am about to burst with pride and excitement; a lot like the hours leading up to Christmas morning! Earlier this year I flew out to Colorado for a taping of Sew It All TV!
It was an incredible experience and I feel blessed to have been asked to be part of such a professional show. They asked me to design a laptop bag and then told me to let my imagination run wild. After several brainstorming sessions I came up with a design concept based around a stylish woman who needed a the perfect bag for the week, from that the Work Week Bag was born.
This bag is a stylish alternative to a briefcase! The fabric shown is a men’s dress shirt fabric giving that wink and nod to the workplace. Do not be afraid of this design because it has a zipper; I have included a Zipper Guide to show you step-by-step with color photos just how easy it is to work with zippers.
